anyone who crochets or knits or does anything with yarn, knows how irritating it can be when that yarn gets away from you. it unravels, it knots up.
my biggest pet peeve is when yarn doesn't come out of the middle of the skein like it's supposed to. however, most of the more expensive yarns do this. it drives me nuts. the only solution i could come up with was to create some sort of contraption that resembles a paper towel rack. so i thought, why not just buy a paper towel rack?

Holy crap, you're a genius! And you could put a couple different colors on it if you're working with two skeins. Oh darn, now I need to take a trip to IKEA.
it's amazing!!! especially for those big spools of cotton! if i'm out there again, i'll pick up a few for my crochetin' friends. :)
